Converse launches wedding sneakers for brides who hate heels

Confession: I wear black Converse sneakers almost every day, even when I’m wearing a dress. Imagine how excited I was to see the brand release a wedding collection last January.

The line includes men’s and women’s sneakers in colors like white, black, pink, red, and metallic. You can also customize some of them, meaning you can change the color of the body, tongue, heel stripe, stitch, and lining.

If you want to design the sneakers further, you can handwrite “Wifey” and “Husband” like this:

This is the perfect pair for brides who don’t like wearing heels and want to be comfortable. We’ve already seen brides in the past who opted for flats on their wedding day.

Also, if you wear pink Converse sneakers with your wedding dress, you’ll be like Hilary Duff in “A Cinderella Story.” Not a bad peg, TBH.
