Here’s a Fashion App Courtesy of Alexa Chung

All-over cool girl Alexa Chung is not done taking over every fashion corner there is. From a makeup collab with Eyeko to the launch of her first book, along with hosting a new fashion docuseries for British Vogue‘s YouTube channel, this girl is always proving why she’s still It. For her latest venture, she dives into the tech scene by co-developing the fashion app Villoid.

Launched yesterday in Soho, New York  and exclusively with Elle UK, the app helps you curate mood boards for outfits and styling pegs with help from brands like ASOS and Miu Miu. Once you’re done, you can share your mood boards with your friends and also view other mood boards from the other users. The app also directly links you to where you can buy your chosen pieces through partner websites. “It’s going to make shopping easier so we all have time to do more important things. Like dance,” says Alexa to Elle at the launch.

Alexa also announced the app on Instagram: “I am pleased and proud to announce that the secret app I have been working on for months is now available to download today!!! … It’s called VILLOID (more on that later) and I would love you to play with it and let me know what you think,” Alexa writes in her caption, signing off as Alexa Zuckerberg-Chung.

The app is available for free on iTunes.
