Mark Bumgarner’s The Lady Ophelia started with delicate lace tops and dresses. Soon after, silk dresses graced the runway. He then changed the pace with neoprene gowns and tasseled tops towards the end.
For spring/summer ‘16, the collection is made of 22 pieces people can easily choose from, whether for daytime get-togethers or evening cocktails.
