As Gwyneth Paltrow launches her earth-friendly makeup line, some of us might already be fearing the smug price tags. But trust a brand like H&M to come up with a much more affordable alternative as it announces its H&M Conscious line for skin, body, and hair.
The follow-up to their massive 700-product collection of beauty products, the fast-fashion favorite is now releasing 30 earth-friendly items, mostly for bath care to those who also give a damn about the environment but without the ridiculous price tag.
The products boast of recyclable packaging and clean, understated labels distinct of H&M’s style. It also goes hand in hand with H&M Conscious, a long-standing project of the company for more eco-friendly clothes, and their “Close the Loop” campaign which encourages people/customers to donate clothes instead of just chucking them out.
The Conscious makeup line is set to be released on April 7 in the US. No date or word has been released on when the beauty line will be coming to the Philippines.
