Rihanna Was the Most Talked-About Designer at NYFW After Showing Her Debut Collection

New York Fashion Week has become a wild ride for many celebrities recently. From Lady Gaga’s runway appearance for Marc Jacobs to Kanye West dropping his latest album during the launch of Yeezy season 3, with even our own Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach showing off her runway prowess, it seems that there are a lot of things to talk about on social media. But amid all the juicy news, Rihanna seems to have bested them all.

The R&B singer recently showcased her first fashion line for Puma’s Fall 2016 collection entitled “FENTY Puma by Rihanna” at NYFW where she, along with model sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid, also walked the runway. Refinery29 reports that according to Twitter’s data summary of NYFW, Puma topped the list of most talked-about designers and brands.

Rihanna also topped the list of most mentioned celebrities and models during NYFW, with a photo of her wearing an oversized hoodie from her collection being one of the most viral as well. She was followed by Gigi Hadid, Lady Gaga, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner, respectively.

Meanwhile, according to the data, Kanye West and his newest Yeezy collection came in second after Puma, and we’re praying that he doesn’t go on another rant over this. After all, Rihanna did collab with him in his controversial song “Famous,” and he produced some of her past songs (even though he stepped down as ANTI‘s executive producer), so things better be chill between them, right?

Nonetheless, RiRi did a great job with her collection, and now she needs to focus on her upcoming ANTI world tour. That is, if she stops postponing most of them.
