Why Is This Cult Fave Makeup Brand Saying Good-Bye to All Their Lippies?

Yes, you read that right—Urban Decay just announced that they will be letting go (as in, it will be removed. Bye, bye! Nada!) of their current array of lipsticks. But why, you ask?

Well, behind the crazy move is an equally crazy plan and we’re pretty darn excited. They are reformulating, repackaging, and finally reintroducing a new set of lippies under the collection name Vice, and there will be about 100 shades (plus 20 more that will only be available in Sephora) in total. All of your favorite shades will be back, for sure, along with some discontinued shades from the past, and even a few new ones.  It’ll also come in a variety of finishes like Mega Matte, Comfort Matte, Cream, Metallized, Sheer, and Sheer Shimmer.

If 100 reformulated lipsticks is not enough, they will also release 50 (yes, 50!) redesigned lip pencils just to help you complete your lip arsenal.

The bad news, though, is that it’ll be available on June 5—that means a month worth of waiting. But we advise you to use this time to think and research about the shades you should buy and invest in! And come June 5, you can log on to Sephora to shop.
