This Cool Co-Working Space Is Inside a Church

When you think about it, churches and co-working spaces have something in common. They both promote a sense of community for a unified cause and each member is open to help each other out.

Perhaps that’s what Tom Dixon saw as he transformed the St. James Church into a co-working space for Clerkenwell Design Week. Installing a work area and a kitchen all in the sacred spot provides a new possibility and a play on the church’s architecture. Everything was topped off with Tom’s signature geometric Curve lights.
