Kylie Jenner Flunked the Standards of Better Business Bureau

Kylie Jenner just flunked her business rating. Better Business Bureau (BBB), a non-profit organization that sets standards for ethical business behavior and keeps track of compliance, doesn’t seem to think her business is all good. They gave Kylie Cosmetics the lowest ranking—an F.

The reason for the rating was because BBB was able to outline 133 complaints that range from product and service, delivery problems, to even payment collection. And even though Kylie would regularly announce that they are working on all the problems, they still haven’t solved the underlying issue or causes of the complaints.

Recently, she even announced that they restocked her cosmetics line because she hates the fact that they get out of stock all the damn time. This made it seem like nothing is going wrong and that her business is running smoothly.

It might just be because she’s new in the biz and is trying to work things out, right? It happens to all entrepreneurs. At least she doesn’t have to worry about sales because people everywhere are still swiping lip kits. Heck, I still want one.
