Yesterday, Jason Atherton, Michelin star chef who trained under Gordon Ramsay and GQ’s Restaurateur of the Year, made good on his promise to open a restaurant in Cebu. The Pig and Palm is a tapas style joint that serves as a love letter to his wife, Cebuana Irha Atherton. “A restaurant in Cebu was always a dream for us, because Cebu is Irha’s hometown. We always wanted to bring some of the success we’ve been lucky to experience back to the Philippines—it’s our second home, after all,” Jason tells Inquirer Lifestyle.
Zooming in on Irha, we noticed that the chef’s partner-in-crime happens to be one stylish woman. Scrolling through her Instagram feed, she’s out in stylish outfits made of labels like Erdem, Yves Salomon, Aquazzura, and Dior while going about the Alps, sitting across street style star Caroline Issa at the McQueen show, or dropping by the Belstaff presentation.
And, she’s not flashy but very low-key and chic. Just how a real stylish woman would be.
