Cloie Syquia Skarne, KC Concepcion’s half-sister through father Gabby Concepcion, is in Manila busy preparing for the Miss Universe Sweden pageant.
Through her Instagram account, we can see how’s she’s met up with Pia Wurtzbach’s makeup coach Gery Penaso and is going on workout sessions with KC.

She also seems to be looking for some dresses to be made by designer Kim Gan.
To add to her charity cause, she also got hand-me-downs from KC’s Closet. Like any other set of sisters, I guess.
She also met with another Concepcion sister, Gabrielle.
The 22-year old is the Operations Smile Philippines Ambassador and is half-American. Her Swedish roots come from her step-father whose name Cloie carried after Gabby’s split with her mother Jenny.
The Miss Universe Sweden pageant is set on Aug. 28.
