In our last installment for this Preen Series with MAC senior makeup artist Claire Mulleady, we’re going all out with a colorful glitter eyeshadow look. It’s all about having fun and playing with jewel tones in a formula that’s going to last all night.
Despite this being a bold look, we make this wearable by keeping the focus on the eyes. Aside from that, we’re going for small glitters rather than in-your-face chunks. As for the colors, always work with different shades within one familiar. It’s almost about complimenting rather than contrasting. Lastly, don’t forget to blend, blend, and blend.
