Forget Your Diets, Pablo’s Formally Opens in Manila

Today, Japan’s famous rare cheese tart house Pablo’s is having its official grand launch. We’ve ripped meal plans, have you?

Upon word that it was coming to the Philippines, foodies got excited. The cheese tart got its world recognition for its soft and gooey texture that for some reason only the Japanese can pull off. No wonder its soft opening yesterday was already met with frenzy so expect a line later if you do decide to head over to its first branch in Manila at Robinson’s Place Ermita. But if you can wait a bit longer, other branches will be opening soon and we’ve spied one over at BGC.

Aside from cheesecake, Pablo’s will also be offering some drip coffee, smoothies, soft-serve ice cream, Sabrel Black cheese cookies, and Sabrel Matcha cookies. No we won’t judge you if you also hoard a box or two.

Feel free to let us know if you lined up for a tart and how it fares in the comments section down below.
