To help tide over our obsession with Stranger Things and to help ease the pain of waiting for the next season, Netflix produced two recipe videos—the Demogorgon Pie and the French Onion Barb—inspired by their hit show. These dishes are a bit tedious to make, but it will definitely be a hit for Halloween.
The Demogorgon Pie is a scary looking dessert pie made of pumpkin, cherries, and almonds. We’re pretty sure it tastes good compared to how creepy it looks.
Speaking of creepy, their French Onion Barb is a bit too gory (at least for my preference). They recreated Barb’s face when she died in the Upside Down with the use of pastry and Swiss cheese on top of the hearty onion soup.
