Combining body paint and cosmetics, Elsa Rhae makes very detailed looks with bright pops of color. Some of her works have also become go-to inspirations for Halloween. Luckily, she has a YouTube account for people who want to follow her steps. Her talent was further recognized when she was shortlisted for the 2015 NYX FACE Awards.
