Would You Use a Magnet to Remove Your Mask or Apply Your Lashes?

Magnetic products are becoming one of the hottest beauty trends right now. You probably think that putting a magnet on cosmetics is gimmicky. But Dr. Whitney Bowe tells Daily Mail that it’s been used since the ancient times. And when added to skincare products, the electromagnetic currents will rejuvenate and hydrate the skin.

But aside from skincare, we also found other cosmetic items that utilized magnets. We promise you, some of these will surprise you.

Milky Dress Black Luster Mask

This Korean face mask is just one of many products that beauty vloggers have tried. The Milky Dress Black Luster Mask is made of Dead Sea mud that you apply and remove via a small magnet. By doing so, it promises to remove impurities like dirt and oil on your face. In case you want to see how this product works, you can watch the video below. It’s unreal.

Adore Cosmetics Golden Touch Magnetic Facial Mask

Adore Cosmetics, known for their $3,000 24K gold dermis mask, also came out with a magnetic facial mask. The Golden Touch Magnetic Facial Mask is said to be an anti-aging mask “with a unique combination of magnetic healing, pure gold power and proven age-defying plant stem cells.” It also comes with a gold magnet to pull off the mask after application. However, this costs a hefty $995 so this is a pretty big investment.

MAC Spellbinder Shadow

The Spellbinder Shadow is made with magnetically charged pigments which makes it cling on your lids better. Some beauty vloggers have also noted that there’s no fallout since the pigment stays in its pot. It’s a smart way to save product, too.

PÜR Fully Charged Mascara

If you’ve always struggled with clumpy lashes, this magnetic mascara from PÜR guarantees to separate your lashes nicely. The product, which is made of a “magnetic polymer” is designed to coat your lashes with a “positively charged veil” to lift and separate each lash. Not only that, the mascara also provides hydration to your eyelashes.

Azure Magnetic Cat Eye Gel Nail Polish

In case you didn’t know, magnetic nail polish contains metallic particles which gives it more texture. The Azure Magnetic Cat Eye Gel Nail Polish has that exact effect and you can create nail arts by holding up a magnet on your semi-dry nails.

One Two Lash Magnetic Eyelash Extensions

Applying falsies promises to be easier with the One Two Lash. All you need is carefully put the two lashes on top of each other so they’ll stick perfectly on your top lash. (They have tutorials on their website on how to use these.) This trick also makes removing them easier as there’s no glue involved.

SK-II Magnetic Eye Care Set

SK-II’s Eye Care Set comes with the R.N.A. Power Eye Cream Radical New Age which firms up your undereye. This is further enhanced massaging the area with the magnetic wand. It’s a great way to say good-bye to all the bags you get from late nights.
