Gallery Vask, for a second year in a row, figured in the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list and is declared the best restaurant in the country. They are the 35th best restaurant in Asia this year, a jump from last year where placed at number 39.
Gallery Vask specializes in Spanish cuisine with a Filipino twist, noted for their tasting menus Alamat and Lakbay. They have also evolved with their Vask Tapas Room which offers breakfast for those looking for good fare after a night of drinking. You can tell we are fans since we tried their paella and even learned how to make buro with them.
Gaggan in Bangkok, Thailand topped this year’s list, making them Asia’s best resto for three years now. Burnt Ends in Singapore, Den in Japan, and Mingles in South Korea are just a few others that made the 50 best list.
