When you’re the daughter of Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, planning out your wedding dress is no joke. This is why people are already guessing what Bee Shaffer will be wearing once she marries Francesco Carozzini.
People Style recently confirmed that the pair just got engaged. Bee is a producer on Late Night with Seth Meyers and Francesco is a filmmaker and also the son of the late Vogue Italia EIC Franca Sozzani.
It’s still early to see the wedding plans, but WWD has a few ideas for the designers that Anna and Bee might tap for the dress.
For Anna, the obvious choice will be Chanel. She frequently wears the brand at events like fashion week and the Met Gala. Bee can also go for her go-to Met Gala designer Alexander McQueen.
It’s also possible for Bee to choose Oscar de la Renta and Gucci. Franca was close friends with Oscar and Bee might find their younger designs more appealing. If she wants to stick with her future husband’s Italian roots, then Gucci it is.
There’s no news yet on when they plan to tie the knot. But all this talk about wedding dresses is just making us stoked for the affair.
