We all know that Beyoncé and Jay-Z are expecting twins. If you have a growing family like they do, you know it’s important to have enough space for the kids to run around. So it’s no surprise that they’re reportedly looking at this $120-million East Gate Bel Air mansion.
The hilltop home is 30,000 square feet with a lawn that’s 10,000 square feet. It comes with eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, four swimming pools, a basketball court, and of course, a recording studio. It also has high security to ensure the family’s need for privacy—security gate, bulletproof windows, all the works.
“The house is beyond words. No expense was spared in design or execution,” a real estate source tells Page Six.
Well, you can’t expect nothing less from music royalty. However, reports say that they’re not moving in yet since Bey’s expected to give birth in June. But we’re sure Blue Ivy and her twin siblings will love their new abode.
