LOOK: Beyoncè and Jay-Z Rent Out Luxe Home for the Twins

When you’re an international superstar who is constantly considered a deity, you seek refuge from giving birth to twins in a villa that costs $400,000 in monthly rental. That’s just how the world works.

Apparently, Beyoncé along with Jay-Z, Blue Ivy, and the twins are currently calling the La Villa Contenta in Malibu their home. This 1.62-acre estate is a beachfront abode complete with a wading pool, a library, kitchen, a study, a full gym, and a theater.

The digs are decked out lavishly, from the dining area that boasts of an oceanside view to a living room that contains a baby grand piano. Just look at how each nook has a piece of art or an elegant setup. There are multiple lounge areas in the villa, perfect as the Carters definitely need some time off.

Yep, this looks like the perfect place for the Carters to map out the next steps in world domination.
