Five Luxury Facials to Try and How Much They Cost

Recently, I have been a sucker for facial treatments. During a long weekend, I gave time for a marathon facial. Any other day, I reach for a sheet mask or tub masks when I want to look fresh despite everything else going on. It’s funny how the rest of life can go wrong but we still feel a little better if our skin isn’t misbehaving. Facial treatments are also pocket luxuries one can sneak away for an afternoon session during some much-needed R & R.

For those who don’t want to save up on some serious face time, take your pick from these premium facials across the metro. Among your business deadlines and meetings, perhaps this is the one appointment you need to book pronto.

Refirm Facial

Where: The Aivee Clinic
Cost: P7,000

The Refirm Facial is one of the newest services at The Aivee Clinic. It goes on for an hour and a half, using specialized products. The main goal of which is skin tightening. Because we all like to defy gravity from time to time, right?

Prestige Elegance Ritual

Where: Dior Boutique, SM Makati
Cost: P8,500

You can’t purchase a facial at Dior directly. Their Prestige Elegance Ritual, which starts with an electronic skin analysis comes complimentary if you purchase a minimum of P8,500 worth of Dior makeup or skincare products. The facial utilizes Dior’s different products from their various skin lines according to the concern that needs the most attention. Hack: If you make a purchase on your birthday month worth P8,500, you get two facials.

Biologique Recherche Facial Treatment

Using the top-notch products from Biologique Recherche, this facial is the most premium at Chi, The Spa. There are three types you can choose from: Moisturizing, Brightening, and Anti-aging. Hydrafacial

Where: Belo Medical Group
Cost: P8,000

There are so many different facials at Belo but one of their most premium is the Hydrafacial. It is specifically designed to enhance skin complexion and to minimize the signs of aging. This is done through an exfoliation process using a vacuum skin abrasion tip while the underlying healthy skin is given a boost with serums that protect the skin.

The Original Beauty Facial

Where: Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila
Cost: P4,500

If you want something a little more familiar, you can try this long-standing service at Sofitel. Using products from French brand Thermae, this facial includes facial steaming, a scrub, a mask, and moisturizing steps all for the sake of reversing the signs of aging. You can book it specifically for your visit to Le Spa or tie it up to your hotel accommodation when you’re in the mood to amp up your staycation.
