Jane Oineza’s Simple Peach Makeup Look Is What You Need this Weekend

There are some weekends where I take advantage of the time I have and pull off a dramatic look with a dark lip. It’s acceptable for a nighttime gathering or just cause you want to test out your makeup skills. But more often that not, I go for the “I just got so much rest after a stressful week” look especially for a brunch date or an afternoon stroll.

Yes, something like this look from Jane Oineza. Fake lashes aside, this look is fresh and it’s like you’ve just been keeping a diet that’s good for your skin. If you’re thinking about recreating this look for tomorrow or on Sunday’s reveries, here’s what we recommend.

Diosnow Bloom Perfect Brightening Moisture Cushion

You don’t need to look like you spent hours baking or fussing over setting your base. Just something to even out the skin tone and brighten your entire complexion. This Diorsnow cushion delivers that look with SPF50. Available at The SM Store, Makati.

Clio Kill Cover Pro Artist Liquid Concealer

If you observe closely, you’ll see how a bright under eye is good for this look. Avoid a thick cream product that might sink into creases. Go for a liquid one that blends easily and doesn’t make your under eyes dry. This concealer helps whiten dark spots and if you are up to blending in a lighter shade, can be used to highlight as well. Available at TriNoma.

MAC Bold & Bad Lash

Since you’re skipping out on the falsies (but you can still go for them if you really want to), make sure the lashes are still dramatic. If you notice, they are the focal point of the eyes. This mascara provides both length and volume. Plus the smaller secondary wand in the tube helps you get the bottom lashes. Available at Rustan’s The Beauty Source, Glorietta 4.

Milani Baked Blush in Luminoso

This highlighter is one of my favorites. It has a light sheen that doubles for highlighted look while the peach-pink tone compliments different skin tones. Available via Calyxta.

Maybelline Inti-Matte Nudes in Just a Teaser

For this look, Jane matched her lipstick with her blush. For the same peach-pink tone that’s like the vamped version of the usual nude tone, I suggest this new release from Maybelline. It’s lightweight and non-drying. The kind of matte you don’t have to worry about cracking or making you look washed out. Available at select Watson’s branches.
