Instagram might be the most popular social media platform right now. From sharing photos to videos, people can’t get enough of aesthetically pleasing places. Whether you’re at the beach or having breakfast in a rustic cafe, IG-worthy spots are becoming more and more sought after. We’ve broken down the elements of an Instagram-worthy restaurant and spots to check out in Australia. Now, we’re listing down bars and restaurants that have neon lights as a backdrop for your next photo. Check out our picks below because they have some good food and drinks as well.
Polilya
Polilya is a newly opened bar along Jacobo street in Poblacion, Makati City. Right at the entrance is a purple neon sign that reads “Polilya,” welcoming guests. There is another neon sign behind the bar asking a very important question, “Have you figured out what you want yet?” If you’re not sure what to order, they offer drinks like Engkanto beer, beer cocktails, and classic cocktails with a Polilya twist. They also serve bar food like chicken nuggets, nachos, and fried pickles.

Filling Station

The Lost Bread

But the real show stopper are their desserts. Grab one of their milkshakes or iced sodas and take a photo against their neon lights. They have pink one that read “Get Lost” in cursive. You can also opt to pose against a plant wall with bright letters that spell out, “Be found.”
Visit: #80 Maginhawa Street, UP Village, Diliman, Quezon City. Open daily from 12 n.n. to 11 p.m.

From their drink choices, take your pick from local spirits like Barik Puro Lambanog, Pinoy cocktails like calamansi mojito, and craft beer. Facing the bar you will see the different beers you can order along with a neon sign that reads, “Craft beer for the people.” Make this your new after work spot and grab a few drinks with your friends.
