Spotted on the LV Runway: A ‘Stranger Things’ T-Shirt

Paris Fashion Week S/S ’18 is one to remember as it introduced us to platform Crocs and also forced us to brush up on our feminist readings. As the week closed out with Louis Vuitton, we saw another peculiar sight: a Stranger Things T-shirt.

Spotted on Korean runway model Sora Choi, the shirt was the only one of its kind in the presentation. Louis Vuitton’s latest collection was all about embellished coats, flowy dresses, and monochromatic looks, all paired with sneakers. But the shirt was thrown in nevertheless over a printed top and paired with millennial pink pants. Who has a feeling this look might be the inspo for the season?

The collaboration isn’t off-character for Nicolas Ghesquiere. Last year, he posted how he was with the child stars of the Netflix show. Could it be this shirt was what they were cooking up back then?

Nicolas also foresaw when Louis Vuitton got Final Fantasy character, Lightning, to be their model for the brand’s spring/summer ’16 campaign.
