Located at Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts, the property has six bedrooms and five full bathrooms. According to Refinery29, the listing is described as, “Perched 120 feet above the Atlantic Ocean on Martha’s Vineyard’s South Shore.”

With its own private beach, you might just see Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal vacationing on the island too. Not bad, right?
