UNIQLO Is Opening Its Largest Store in the PH and Yes, We’re Freaking Out

A lot of the people I know can’t get enough of UNIQLO. My officemates sometimes play this game of guessing whether someone’s clothing is from the brand. I can’t blame them though. But if you think your obsession for it can’t get any bigger, think again as UNIQLO is opening its first global flagship store in the Philippines and it’s going to be the largest store in Southeast Asia.

According to a press release, the store will open during fall/winter 2018 season, aka by the end of this year. It will be located at Glorietta 5 and will have a shopping area spanning 4,100 square meters. The store will house the latest designs from UNIQLO, including the full LifeWear line for men, women, and children.

“We are honored and excited to open our first UNIQLO Global Flagship Store in the Philippines. Having been a member of the local retail scene since 2012, we remain committed to contributing to the local community and to being an integral part of Manila’s growth and future,” said Satoshi Hatase, Chief Executive Officer, UNIQLO Southeast Asia and Oceania.

Okay, breathe. You still have time to save for an intense UNIQLO shopping spree for later this year. For now, let us know how excited you are in the comments section below and on social media.
