Spotted: Tricia Gosingtian as Lara Jean’s style inspiration

Are you still gushing over To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before? Well, we are and we also can’t get enough of Lara Jean’s looks in the film. If you’re a fan, you should check out Jenny Han’s inspiration for the character’s style.

On Twitter she shared, “Can we talk for a minute about Lara Jean’s aesthetic?” What followed was a thread of tweets, including pictures on her mood board.

Among the photos, you can spot Tricia Gosingtian. “In my notes, I wrote, ‘It might not be what a teenaged guy would find sexy, but it’s what she feels pretty in, and for an introverted girl, it’s a way for her to express herself.”

Tricia saw the tweet and freaked out. She even posted a side-by-side comparison  of her outfit next to Lara Jean’s from the first scene of the movie.
