Take notes from Meghan Markle’s pregnancy looks

Now that Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle is pregnant, her fashion choices have changed a little bit. We’re not sure how far along she is but we can already spot the pieces that offer more comfort. She has been touring Australia with husband Prince Harry so we’ve seen how she has adapted her wardrobe to their different activities. From sailing to visiting a farm, and meeting government officials, Meghan has had many outfit changes already. If you’re in the beginning of your pregnancy as well, here are some transition pieces you can cop.

Kitten heels

If you’re just a few weeks or months into your pregnancy but still want to wear heels, cop Meghan’s choice. If you’ll be on your feet for a long time, kitten heels might be a better option. Since they have a smaller heel, you are less prone to accidents and it won’t cause as much stress on your ankles, back, and knees.

Midi dress

When Meghan first showed off her tiny baby bump, she was wearing a white midi dress. This one is made of textured fabric that is also stretchy so it follows the shape of your tummy. Pair this with nude pumps and a coat for a simple work outfit.

Black jeans

While visiting Dubbo, Australia, Meghan went for a casual look as she and Prince Harry visited Mountain View Farm. Get similar black jeans with this maternity pair from Uniqlo. It has extra stretch so it is made to fit your body throughout your pregnancy.

Turtleneck top

During the Invictus Games, Meghan stayed warm by layering a turtleneck top under a blazer. These tops are also made of stretchy material so you don’t have to worry about your tummy. They’re also very comfortable. This can be your sweater option when you’re feeling chilly in indoor spaces.

White sneakers

When she’s not wearing heels, Meghan can be spotted in white sneakers as well. When she went off sailing, she chose a pair from Tretorn, which matched her windbreaker and black pants combo.
