The biggest night for music is here once again. The 62nd Grammys has people buzzing about some of the industry’s rising stars and veterans. Like every edition of the Grammys, there’s a lot of talk about who deserved to win—and of course, who was wearing what on the red carpet. Last year, the red carpet trends that caught our eye included that one time stars got creative with white roses. This year, it seems that artists want to shine even brighter with sparkling and bedazzled pieces from their favorite designers. Here are some of our favorite looks from the event:
Nominated for five awards, Billie Eilish walked the red carpet in a sparkling green Gucci ensemble, which perfectly complemented her bright green roots and nails. This was followed by another look from later that night, same style but in white.
As she walked past the red carpet, Lana Del Rey showed off her short-sleeved sparkling dress which had fringe detail from the thighs down. The singer shared in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that she decided to wear this piece after spotting it at the mall.
You can’t close the curtains on Billy Porter ‘cause he has his own. Dressed in a Baja East custom, Billy rocked this dazzling turquoise and silver ensemble with a Sarah Sokol Millinery custom hat that opens up with a touch of a button.
As Lizzo received her award for Best Pop Solo Performance for “Truth Hurts,” she went up to the podium in a beautiful black off-shoulder dress clad in crystals.
Cardi B might be dropping bars all the time, but tonight, she got everyone’s jaw dropping for her stunning look—an eye-catching sparkling piece by Mugler.
As the host of this year’s awards night, Alicia Keys caught everyone’s attention in a one-shoulder sparkling Versace heritage Oroton dress with a slit that goes up until the thigh.
Just when you thought that looks were only served at the red carpet, Lil Nas X changes into a sparkly Gucci outfit backstage before his performance of “Old Town Road.”
Dressed in a shimmering long-sleeved Christian Siriano piece that flowed under its wide belt, Demi Lovato moved the audience with her performance of “Anyone.”
These artists all looked so amazing for the 62nd Grammys. We can’t wait for the next one!
