Shop online: Restock sanitary napkins and other beauty essentials

Because of the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ), many people aren’t allowed to leave their homes unless they have a quarantine pass or they’re frontliners. This is why those who have access to the internet turn to online deliveries to get the items they need without stepping out.

Aside from food, citizens are also stocking up on toiletries like soap, shampoo and hand sanitizer. For us women, we’ve been making sure that we have enough sanitary napkins and contraceptives every month or for the duration of the ECQ.

If you’re looking for delivery services to help you restock on toiletries and other beauty essentials while minimizing the need to leave home, check out these apps and websites. (Note: Make sure these services can deliver to your area.)

GrabMart

Grab launched this shopping service last March to make it easier for users to shop and get their essentials ASAP. They partnered with stores like Robinson’s Supermarket (Ermita, Manila and Mercedes, Pasig) and Family Mart (Udenna, Taguig), as well as restaurants like Starbucks (Jupiter, Makati) and Barcino. As of now, GrabMart is only operating in select areas in Quezon City, Pasig, Manila, Makati, Muntinlupa, Mandaluyong, Taguig and Valenzuela. They will soon expand in other locations in Metro Manila. But if you need to replenish your stash, you can book a GrabMart driver as early as 8 a.m.

Food Panda

Depending on your location, you might find a 7-Eleven in your Food Panda’s shops. In Makati, we can have food and toiletries delivered from 7-Eleven in Rada Street. The products include shampoo, sanitary napkins, toothpaste and even facial cleanser.

LazMall

LazMall is currently offering discounts on beauty essentials like deodorant, lotion, shampoo and children’s diapers. They’re offering free shipping for a minimum purchase of P500. You can also donate a hygiene kit to frontliners when you purchase a Careline bundle.

Watsons

Watsons is accepting online orders for beauty products and some medication. As of now, they’re only delivering in Metro Manila because of the high volume of orders, so expect some delays in your orders as well.

Dima

Online pharmacy Dima was launched last March to help people get access to contraceptives, condoms, pregnancy tests and other medication. What’s great about this site is that it asks customers to register, answer a medical form and provide your prescription so their partner doctors can review it before providing you with the medication you need.
