Whoopi Goldberg to Release Marijuana-Infused Products for Women

The co-host of The View Whoopi Goldeberg is one of the first celebrities to get into the marijuana business in the States. She is set to release a line of cannabis-infused products directed to women.

The line will consist of bath salts, tinctures, creams, and most of all chocolates. These products are designed to help women deal with menstrual cramps because based on Whoopi’s experience, cannabis was the only thing that helped with the pain. To get Whoopi & Maya started, she partnered with marijuana entrepreneur Maya Elisabeth.

“For me, I feel like if you don’t want to get high high, this is a product specifically just to get rid of discomfort. Smoking a joint is fine, but most people can’t smoke a joint and go to work,” she shares in her interview with Vanity Fair.

But sadly and obviously, these products will only be available in California and in the future also in the states where the recreational use of marijuana is legalized. In the Philippines, we can only hope, so for now we can just stick to our heating pads when it’s that time of the month.
