Every year Victoria’s Secret stages the biggest and most-watched lingerie fashion show, and every year they also pick one angel to sport their Fantasy Bra. In a short video posted on their Twitter, they surprised IMG model Jasmine Tookes and asked her if she would consider being this year’s Fantasy Bra model and her jaw dropped—which obviously meant “yes.”
Jasmine first became a VS angel back in 2012. Four years later and she’s taking on the greatest honor (at least in the VS world!) of strutting down the runway in Paris in a $3-million bra (more on that later!). She has also walked the runways of other luxury brands like Chanel, Burberry, Salvatore Ferragamo, Balmain, Dolce & Gabbana, Miu Miu, Marchesa, Missoni, Prada, Tom Ford, Oscar de la Renta, and… well, you get it.
On the same night of the announcement, they also revealed the bra that she will be wearing. It was designed by Eddie Borgo and it is called Bright Night Fantasy Bra. It’s made with 450 carats worth of diamonds and emeralds by AWMouzannar. It was set on 18-karat gold and took more than 700 to actually create, according to E! News. Wow!
Well, if you want to see the bra on the runway, then watch out for the Dec. 5 screening.
