That’s the very reason why Montreal cosmetic tattoo artist Gabrielle Rainbow thought of doing it.
Now she is accepting a wide range of clients who want freckles on their faces year-long. Since it is semi-permanent, these will fade out from six to 12 months depending on your skin. Instead of using ink like most tattoo artists, they only use pigments.
