This $4 Lipstick Just Made an Appearance at Paris Fashion Week

As much as some of us have a vanity dotted with makeup items that cost more than our phone bill, we don’t look away from a good beauty deal when it presents itself. At Paris Fashion Week, models at the H&M spring/summer ’17 runway were spotted wearing a lipstick that you can cop at a drugstore near you.

Makeup artist Mark Carrasquillo mixed two shdes of the L.A. Girl Luxury Creme Lipstick in Manic and Love Triangle to create a wine-fuschia hue. “It’s crazy because this color works on every model in the show, regardless of their skin tone; we havent found one girl who doesn’t look good in it,” said Mark. The H&M runway comprised of fair skinned women and tanned beauties, if you were wondering, and for a shade to fit that range, it’s impressive.

If that lip combo isn’t your style, the lipstick line comes in a range of different colors from a nude shade named Beau to even a black one called Dreamer. Mark raved, “You can’t believe the texture and the pigment, it’s insane.”

The best part is how L.A. Girl is available here in the Philippines. Just sharpen your eyes to see their kiosks in SM.
