Indie beauty brand Tooth and Nail Cosmetics released a line of pigmented highlighters with shades ranging from gold to bright pink. The cute packaging also contains the faces of the Sailor Moon cats Artemis (vanilla gold), Luna (lavender mauve), and Diana (lavender lilac). According to the brand, the products are cruelty-free and will also smell like cotton candy.
