Too Old to Trick or Treat? Attend These Halloween Parties Instead

Halloween is just around the corner so I’m sure you all have your costumes ready. All that’s left to do is plan out your weekend. Over the next few days, there will be Halloween shindigs going on left and right from Star Wars-themed ones to toga parties. If you haven’t figured out where to spend your nights, check out the events happening below.

Saguijo Cafe + Bar


If you were planning to dress up Darth Vader or Luke Skywalker for Halloween, this is the party for you. Saguijo’s Halloween party is called A New Hope and will be held on Oct. 27. It starts at 8 p.m. with performances by Laluna, Out of Order, and Shutterlife. There is an entrance fee of P250 but if you come in a Star Wars costume, entrance is P200.

Prepare yourself for a musical feast as XX XX brings over 30 DJs across three stages. Tower of Doom is a party you don’t want to miss. Whether you’re in a sci-fi costume or something scary, there is something for you. Bring your friends for a night of music, doom, and Jell-O shots.

“This isn’t your run-of-the-mill Halloween shoe. This is a Halloween bash, and we’re bashing back against gender-based abuse.” Sleeping Boy Collective and Grrrl Gang are throwing the Halloween party made for feminists. Put on your fiercest costume and stand up against sexual abusers. There will be a P250 entrance fee and all proceeds from the event will go to Women’s Care Center, Inc.

The Bowery

Bowery’s annual Halloween party is back with drink promos for everyone to enjoy. The theme of the night is Blade Runner so dress up as your favorite replicant and get ready for flashing lights.

Taco Vengo

If you’re looking for last-minute plans tonight, head over to Taco Vengo for their toga party. Throw on a quick costume of sheets and wreaths, and you’re ready to go. Enjoy the music, munch on some tacos, and avail of their beer bucket promos.

The Belle & Dragon

For those dressing up as villains, The Belle & Dragon is throwing your type of party. Mad Villains: A Strictly Villains Only Halloween Party will take place on Oct. 28 and will start at 9 p.m. Gather your fellow baddies and get ready for some fun.
