Aside from her chart-topping hits like “Chandelier” and “Cheap Thrills,” Sia is known for her anonymity. She would sing and walk the red carpet in an oversized blonde wig or hat. So it’s no surprise that she would take the “faceless” route in showing off her MAC Viva Glam shade.
That’s right, Sia is the latest star to create a Viva Glam lipstick. She showed off the vivid red shade in an Instagram post featuring her signature wig and hands covering her face.
Refinery29 described the shade as similar to MAC’s iconic Ruby Woo. As with any Viva Glam lipstick, 100 percent of the proceeds for Sia’s shade will go to the MAC AIDS fund. The announcement also came just in time for World AIDS Day, which is today.
Sia now joins other Viva Glam ambassadors like Taraji P. Henson, Ariana Grande, and Nicki Minaj. Her red lipstick will drop on January 2018, so be prepared. If you think you have too many red lipsticks, just think that you’re buying this for a good cause.
