Sue Ramirez is done with all your questions about her haircut

Celebrities can’t change anything about their style or looks without being scrutinized by their very own followers. Sue Ramirez is going through the same thing after she boldly got a pixie cut.

For Sue, it was just a welcome change to her usual long and luscious locks (we fawned over her actually), but to her fans, they assumed its because of her sexuality. Quite frankly, that’s just absurd and Sue is having none of it.

Not to mince her words, but Sue even described it as a stupid question to ask if someone is a lesbian or heartbroken when they cuts their hair. Can’t we just cut our hair and be left alone? She also made it clear that she’s not offended by being asked if she’s a lesbian, it’s how people can dismissively ask and judge one’s sexuality just by changing their looks.

Sue even pointed out that some of her fans are doubting her sexuality and she slams those comments by saying, “Ano to? Krimen? Kasalanan? Eh kung totoo nga? Ano naman? Masama ba?” (What’s this? A crime? A sin? What if it’s true? Who cares? Is it wrong?)

We recently talked about how hair became a political statement, women are just tired of the usual “we gotta look feminine” social mandate and are now more confident than ever to embrace different looks that are far from norm. So what if Sue decides to go for a pixie cut to accentuate her face? She can shave it all off and it’s still none of your business—both her hair and sexuality.

So you go, Sue. Rock that hairstyle!
