Heart Evangelista released a few more episodes in the past days and the most recent one is a video of her makeup routine as taught by her makeup artist and good friend Albert Kurniawan.
She will be going out of town in the coming weeks to attend a few events (the recent one being NYFW) and she needs to learn how to create a look that she can take from day to night. What Albert did was to do her makeup on one side of her face and have Heart do the other half to practice.
It’s all going smoothly from her favorite BB cream, to her contour and highlighter, and even how she can apply eyeshadow. The real struggle came along when she had to apply her own false lashes, which we all know can be a big challenge. Her initial try was not a success and eventually Albert taught her how to do it—by showing her how he did it on himself. Now that’s a great teacher!
Heart was eventually able to nail it down by attaching the falsies in the middle then gently patting it in on the sides. After they finished her look, she admitted that she needed practice in applying lashes and is up for the challenge to do her own makeup.
