It was a devastating moment for press freedom last night when ABS-CBN officially signed off after being served a cease and desist order by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC). Many people, myself included, have expressed their sadness and frustration during the final moments of the TV giant on air before they signed out. And though many people are publicly supporting the network , there are still quite a few who believe that NTC made the right decision, and have been visiting the pages of public figures from ABS-CBN to say just as much.
Among those targeted by these pro-NTC netizens is well-known ABS-CBN journalist Korina Sanchez-Roxas. Going through her Instagram posts from the past day, seems that her posts are being flooded with comments that either make fun of her allegiance to the TV giant or are just plainly rubbing salt on the wound. Instead of just ignoring these comments, she actually came up with some choice clapbacks.
