It’s just been a day since the My Melody x Wet N Wild collection dropped at Ulta and they’re already out of stock. The online exclusive collaboration includes two different eyeshadow palettes, two matte lippies and two glosses—each representing our favorite childhood archenemies. It also includes a blush-highlighter palette, a dual ended eyeshadow brush and a dual ended face brush which all fit into the Kuromi makeup pouch.
Seeing the pictures of the palettes, it looks like the My Melody one focuses more on warm shades while the Kuromi one was filled with cool purple tones. The Sanrio characters’ differences (which don’t include their ability or inability to talk) were also shown in the lip products included in the collection, with the My Melody shade looking like a pretty pink and the Kurumi looking like a beautiful deep purple.
The collection retails for $65 (roughly around P3,250), which is honestly not bad considering the number of products you’re getting. Currently, the products aren’t sold individually. Here’s to hoping they’d sell the products separately and cater to more countries, especially the Philippines.
