WayV’s Yangyang and TXT’s Yeonjun bagged NYFW collabs, we stan

You read that right, K-Pop stans. WayV’s Yangyang and Tomorrow X Together’s Yeonjun will be making their New York Fashion Week debuts with Concept Korea.

On Feb. 16, South Korea’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Creative Content Agency announced that Yangyang and Yeonjun will be promoting K-fashion in Concept Korea’s 2021 fall-winter digital runway.

WayV fans woke up to the surprise that online fashion collective People of Tastes posted a photo of Yangyang on Jan. 26, hinting that he will be part of the collaboration. (Yup, the account posted it two weeks ago and fans are only finding out about it now. SM Entertainment and Label V, wyd?)

Over the past 10 years, government-sponsored fashion show Concept Korea has been supporting a total of 30 brands and 33 designers through global promotions for New York Fashion Week. This year, the fashion show will be hosting a virtual runway show featuring three brands: Jarret, Ulkin and Wnderkammer.

Yeonjun will be walking together with South Korean singer Bibi for Ulkin while Yangyang will be collaborating with Jarret. (We’re lowkey suspecting that they *might* have a special performance or performances prepared, too.)

According to NYFW’s schedule, the show will be broadcasted live for free on its site on Feb. 17 at 9:30 AM (Philippine time). What are you waiting for? Go sign up and support our boys.
