In case you’re wondering what family time looks like in Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s household, you don’t have to look further.
In their November issue, W Magazine recently released a new set of family photos, taken by Brad himself back in 2008. The intimate moments captured were the times the family spent quiet and lengthy vacations at their home in the South of France.
We can’t help but notice two things: One, when did Brad learn those darn good photography skills? And two, how can Angelina be all kinds of perfect?
As if the choice to take them in black and white—complete with that grainy, vintage quality—hasn’t made these snapshots all too dramatic, Angelina’s candid motherly deeds warm the heart more than puppy photos ever did.
Even if the photos were shot way back, the couple can still say that their relationship is as stable as these photos suggest. Despite making By the Sea, a film about a fictional couple trying their best to save their damaged marriage, Angelina and Brad slam rumors about their art imitating their life.
“I’m counting on the audience to know that if it was close to us all, we could never make this film,” Angelina said in The Today Show. “It’s because we’re actually very, very stable and these aren’t our issues.”
See the use of very twice? Yup, this couple isn’t breaking up anytime soon. Not in this lifetime, never.
