Kim Chiu drops a cheesy line on the only thing she’ll ever need

Aside from oxygen for breathing, Kim Chiu probably needs something (or someone) else to live—and for her, it’s co-star and rumored love interest Xian Lim. During a press interview for their upcoming movie All You Need Is Pag-Ibig, Kim blatantly popped this cheesy, gooey line: “All I need is Xian,” she answered when asked about the bare necessities in life.

Trust us, Kim: one man is definitely not all you need. But either way, rumor has it that the two have been more inseparable lately because of the gazillion projects that they’re currently doing together.

Ngayon halos every day kami magkasama. Naka-dalawang balik kami sa Palawan, ‘yung isa for our teleserye, tapos ito namang movie namin sa Coron, parang six days kami doon. (We’ve been spending a lot of time recently. We actually went twice to Palawan to shoot for our upcoming TV show, and then we went to Coron to film for six days.),” she said referring to Xian.

But are both of them on the same page?

When asked about the same thing, Xian backed up Kim’s answer in an eye-rollingly overstated display of mush.

“Nu’ng ginagawa namin ‘yung Story of Us, tinanong ako ni Kim. Sabi niya, from the first time na nagka-eksena kami until now, pareho pa rin ba raw ang pagtingin ko sa kanya, meron pa rin daw bang nagsa-spark, kung pareho pa rin ba ‘yung nararamdaman, kung meron pa rin ba? (When we were shooting The Story of Us (their upcoming teleserye—ed), Kim asked me if I looked at her the same way I did from the very first time we did a scene together; if sparks still flew, and if nothing’s changed.)” Are you sold on their new flick now?

And just like a line that sounds straight up from a movie or two he’s probably been in, Xian continued, “Siyempre. Every time nakikita kita, mas dumadagdag pa ‘yung nararamdaman ko sa’yo (Of course. Every time I see you, my feelings for you get even stronger.)”

The two, while still being vocal about their feelings for each other, have yet to admit about the real score of their relationship. So, is it the real deal—yay or nay?

If you care that much (um, we won’t judge! Fine, maybe a little), watch their new film, which comes out this Dec. 25. Hey, you can only watch Love, Actually so many times, girlfriend.
