Bow Down to the Queen! Madonna Has Finally Arrived in the Philippines

In case you haven’t caught up with all the buzz that’s happening on Twitter right now: the one and only Madonna finally landed in the Philippines this morning for her two-night show this coming Feb. 24 and 25.

Madonna has been a pop culture icon since her debut in the `80s, and has then made hits like “Crazy For You,” “Like a Virgin,” “Vogue,” and more. This is the Queen of Pop’s first time to perform here as she brings the Rebel Heart Tour to the Mall of Asia Arena starting this Wednesday.

One of the first to welcome her was Club Madonna Philippines, her fan club here in the country, wherein they posted silhouette art of Madonna waving the Philippine flag.

Although there were no photos taken of Madonna as she arrived in the airport, her pianist, Rickey Pageot, posted a photo on Instagram as he was staring at the sunrise during their first morning here in Manila.

And with the amount of fans freaking out over social media, including fashion designer Rajo Laurel, let’s hope Madonna can keep her energy up for two nights of possible craziness.
