Philippine Fashion Week Holiday 2016: Celine Borromeo

The youngest designer to ever be featured on Philippine Fashion Week and the only female present this season is no other than Celine Borromeo. Her collection called La Femme Debonaire featured pieces that are inspired by menswear, yet re-thought to complement a woman.
