Today is the start of a brand new administration. Leni Robredo is officially the new Vice-President of the Philippines.
Inquirer.net provides the footage of her oath-taking held at the Quezon City Reception House, formerly known as the Boracay Mansion of ousted president Joseph Estrada.
Leni’s oath-taking comes with much emotion from her supporters after a close fight against Sen. Bongbong Marcos. Bongbong has since accused her and the Liberal Party of cheating.
Leni’s inaugration will soon be followed by president-elect Rodrigo Duterte’s, the controversial Davao City mayor. He will be sworn in at the Malacañang Palace. Better prepare your Facebook livestream for later.
