Daphne Oseña-Paez Wants You to Werq It

The goal is simple, really. Magazine show host and blogger Daphne Oseña-Paez pretty much wants to take over your life. Having collaborated in the past with major retailers to create her own line of bed linens, home fragrances, and furniture, not to mention designing her own line of jewelry, the self-styled lifestyle guru has set her sights on taking over your work space next.

Created in partnership with National Book Store, Daphne has created a charming line of stationery and organizing essentials. Featuring four different prints created in collaboration with graphic designer Isabel Gatuslao, the collection features a range of notebooks, pens, pouches, accordion envelopes, document trays, memo holders—basically the usual things you buy to organize your life then promptly forget to use.

But! “This is where the Daphne collection comes in,” Daphne—the woman, not the brand—states in a press release. “File boxes, pen holders, or even journals need not be plain and uninspired.” According to her, each print is inspired by a loved one: The hummingbird pattern is a tribute to her father Belio Oseña’s career as a helicopter pilot, while the three floral designs were inspired by her three daughters: Sophia Rose, Stella Margarita, and Lily Paloma.

So there you have it. Daphne Oseña-Paez’s secret to prolonged productivity and meticulous organization: a multitude of containers in dainty, pretty patterns. Hey, if it works, it works.
