George Michael, singer, songwriter, and the man responsible for a few ’80s hits you shamelessly listen to on lonely nights passed away peacefully in his home in Oxfordshire.
There is yet to be a clear reason behind George’s death but police assigned to investigate said that there is no cause to suspect foul play.
George sold over 100 million albums in his four-decade career and left behind friends of equal calibre including Madonna, Duran Duran, and Elton John. The musicians quickly took to social media to express their sadness along with Pixie Lott and George’s former Wham!-mate Andrew Ridgely.
