How Many Awards Did Catriona Gray Bring Home from Binibining Pilipinas 2018?

A big congratulations is in order as Catriona Gray, your Binibining 20, bags the most-coveted crown from the pageant—Miss Universe Philippines 2018, which means that she will be representing our country for the next Miss Universe pageant. She succeeds the beautiful Rachel Peters.

In the Q&A portion, she was asked by the United States Ambassador to the Philippines Sung Kim for her message for the women of Marawi. Her winning answer read, “My answer and my message to the women is to be strong. As women, we’re the head of household and we have amazing influence, not only in our own families, as mothers, sisters and friends, but also in our community. If we can get the women to stay strong and be that image of strength for the children and the people around them, then once the rebuilding is complete and underway, the morale of the community will stay strong and high.”

Best in Long Gown

Catriona did not just bag the most coveted crown, in fact she bagged and won a few more awards like Pitoy Moreno Best in National Costume, Best in Swimsuit, Best in Long Gown, Jag Denim Queen, and Miss Ever Bilena which totals to five more awards. Woah!
