Heart Evangelista has landed another best-dressed list. This time, it’s on Elle‘s roundup of red carpet looks from the Harper’s Bazaar ICONS Party.
Heart wore a custom black Mark Bumgarner gown that has a thigh-high slit and strapless on one shoulder. She paired with Farah Abu’s Coral Reef Clutch that’s encrusted with gems and beads.
Also in the list of best red carpet looks were Nicki Minaj, Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, and Paris Hilton, among many others.
